Atvykus į Veiviržėnus pirmiausia akį patraukia centre esanti mokykla, prieš 4 metus tapusi gimnazija. Šioje gimnazijoje šiandien mokosi virš 400 moksleivių. Kiek teko girdėti iš mokykloje apsilankiusių svečių, mūsų mokykla stebina tuo, kad ant kiekvienos palangės žydi gėlės, požemio, 1 ir 2 aukšto koridorių sienas puošia mokinių piešiniai,ilgąjį koridorių iki valgyklos puošiantys karpiniai ir didysis meninis darbas, kuri ant 3 aukšto koridoriaus sienos iš molio, medžio šakų, akmenų ir kriauklių padarė mano klasės draugės. Ir jis vadinasi Jūros dugnas.
Požemyje turime atskirą salę, kurioje jaunimas žaidžia stalo tenisą ir gali treniruotis kilnojant svarmenis. Taip pat mokykla turi ir sporto salę, puoštą jaunųjų menininkų darbais, skatinančiais sportuoti ir gyventi sveikai. Ir nors vargu ar galima pavadinti mūsų valgykloje gaminamą maistą sveiku, tačiau valgis čia netik skanus, bet ir nebrangus.
